technology.

Telehealth allows patients to receive medical care remotely using video communication.
Telemedicine visits may include:

• Evaluation of health concerns
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive health consultations
• Lifestyle and wellness guidance

Patients must have:

• Internet access
• A smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera and audio

Telemedicine may not be appropriate for all medical conditions. If an in-person evaluation
is required, patients will be advised accordingly.
